Hello my lovelies! Is this officially the first article of 2016? It very much seems like it. After sharing with you all the official 2015 recap, I decided to take some time off as the team and I got all together for a big brainstorming and planning session, getting ready for the crazy year that’s ahead of us. I just know, deep down, that this is going to be the year of big changes. And when I say big, I mean major. You know that I am a big fan of teasing, and I will keep the suspens going as much as I can — so guys, please be patient, stay attentive and don’t miss the clues! We got some very exciting things to share with you. It’s coming. I can’t believe it is only the 15th of the month…

I feel like we’ve already lived an entire month out of the year looking back at all the incredible things accomplished! As the year kicked off, I joined Fiona in Amsterdam to shoot a new cover for Grazia Netherlands which just came out (you guys need to check out the making of video too!) and found out that I made it in the 30 Under 30 Forbes list in Art & Style while on a boat having a dinner with a friend that had just flown in town to surprise us. It was such an unbelievable news and I still can’t believe that it’s reality. This acknowledgment is such a big sign of recognition and gives me so much strength and motivation to keep going, to keep believe and to keep proving that nothing, truly nothing is impossible. From Amsterdam, we flew directly in Paris for a few meetings. It felt so good to get re-united with all our french friends and get some of these french pastries going. Each trip, Amsterdam and Paris was no longer than 2 nights in each city and straight after, we headed back to L.A to hit the red carpet of the Golden Globes with L’Oréal!

I am seriously astonished by the way 2016 began and can only promise that this is only the beginning and that so many things are going to happen in the next couple of months that I cannot wait for you all to find out about! Next Monday, we are flying back to Paris for a shooting and to kick off the couture shows! So meanwhile, we are taking full advantage of the incredible L.A weather to get some vitamin D in our system as well as gather a bunch of inspiration to create new looks, ready to et that street style cred. Lately, I’ve been in a “badass” kind of mood. Give me lots black, give me leather, rock and roll bangs, black lips and nails chocker. No matter what I wear, as badass as it gets, I always mix it all up with super chic, sleek details. I am absolutely dying over this incredible Storets jacket  which I decided to pair with some cool details such as these Saint Laurent kitten heels, deep purple lips and a chocker to perfect this glam goth inspo.
