Jumeirah beach

DUBAI PART IOkay guys, get ready because a lot ( and I do mean a lot…) of pictures are coming up. I was so excited to share with you guys my trip because I can’t even describe how much I enjoyed it. Everything was so different from Switzerland, and you know how much I love new discoveries : it was a place to see and I for sure encourage you to see it at least once in you life. Well first of all, let’s start with the weather, the temperature was great. It is indeed winter right now in Dubai and therefore the coolest season, not too hot and of course not too cold. We had the chance to stay at our friend’s house, they live there since many years and were so kind to welcome us. They organized us full days of visits and showed us the ”it” places of the city. I think that for my first post about this trip, some beach pictures were essential ( actually it hurts a bit now that I look at them, in Switzerland it is freezing).

So, here we are at the beach club of the Jumeirah hotel. I have never seen such a gorgeous landscape. From my seat I could admire the Burj Al-Arab ( in more understandable words : the famous giant ”palm” building) and make a zilion of pictures of the sea’s turquoise colour. I must admit, that the water was a little too cold, and I couldn’t get in. But as you can see in the pictures nobody was swimming. But don’t worry I found another activity : running around the beach. I though it was a good idea after the Christmas Turkey! For the occasion I decided to wear the swimming suit I received at the Miss Switzerland contest from the Beldona brand, some Parfois and Forever 21 jewerly. Also I wanted to wear a little bit of make-up on the eye ( Bronze Goddess from Estée Lauder shadow and a bit of Hypnose by Lancôme mascara). Fianlly a little bit of Carmex lipbalm to protect my lips and some sunnies form Mango. More pictures are coming up tomorrow, what about a visit at the Nuba restaurant in the Atlantis hotel?
